Where does napaJapan ship from and do you ship worldwide?
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Sapporo, Japan. We offer international shipping to most countries using Japan Post and various express couriers.

We manage our inventory daily to ensure that all snacks, candies, and drinks have the longest possible shelf life. Please note that Japanese best-before dates are formatted as Year/Month/Day.
What is your policy regarding heat-sensitive items like chocolate?
During warmer months, chocolate items may melt during transit. We recommend choosing express shipping to minimize time in transit, but please note that we cannot offer refunds for heat-damaged products.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping times vary by destination and method. Express shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while standard airmail can take 2-4 weeks. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
